Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with the right technology solutions. You will drive sales, learn Victra's selling process, and contribute to a fun, energetic store environment.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Training requirements include attending a four-day NHU program within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while assisting guests.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology decisions.
• Assist with merchandising and operational tasks in-store.
