Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our AT&T Authorized National Retailer team in Dallas. You will engage customers, explain AT&T products and services, and guide shoppers through the buying process.

You'll receive strong base pay with commissions and ongoing training to grow with the company. As a My Wireless Retail Sales Associate you will be expected to meet personal goals, deliver outstanding service, and collaborate with colleagues to exceed team targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
