My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a driven Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products. You will educate customers, guide their buying journey, and participate in training that fuels growth and potential promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and educate them on AT&T products and services.
• Guide customers through the buying process and meet/exceed personal performance goals.
• Attend training to develop skills and advance to management opportunities.
• Maintain a fun, clean and energetic store environment for customers and team members.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
