My Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Garland, TX to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in ongoing paid training, develop product knowledge, and advance through exciting career paths. This role includes base pay plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for growth within AT&T initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age and have HS diploma or equivalent.
