Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the store's absence.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize merchandise and back stock for optimal display.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean workspace.
• Train and coach employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and resolve issues.
• Upsell multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Uphold Clarks brand standards in all interactions.
• Follow loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Create a comfortable and productive work environment for colleagues.
