Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store team. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

As part of a large footwear company, you will oversee staff in the absence of management, organize stock, train employees, and ensure a positive customer experience. This is a part-time, in-store position with employee discounts and incentives.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to upsell and meet/exceed monthly goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty in the Store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Deliver positive sales performance and maintain store standards.
• Organize merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
