Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our Yonkers store team. The role involves stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed, driving sales, organizing merchandise and back stock, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

You will train and mentor associates while delivering outstanding customer service. The position emphasizes upselling, maintaining brand standards, and supporting loss prevention practices in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.

• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Coach and train team members on policies, procedures, and service standards.
