Connect Academy for Children in Benton, Arkansas, is seeking a Part-Time Lead Teacher to join a nurturing, nature-inspired program for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers. The role includes creating age-appropriate lessons, regular parent updates via Brightwheel, and modeling kindness and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of licensed childcare experience, DHS background checks, and a CDA or ECE degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Must meet DHS requirements including background checks and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
