Job summary

Connect Academy for Children in Benton, AR is seeking a Part-Time Lead Teacher for Infant, Toddler, or Preschool rooms. The ideal candidate will have experience in licensed childcare, strong communication, and a team-first mindset.

You will implement our nature-based, hands-on curriculum while ensuring a safe, engaging environment. Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining parent communication through Brightwheel, and supporting a cohesive classroom team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Must meet all DHS requirements, including background checks and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with our hybrid nature-based curriculum.
• Maintain daily communication with parents using Brightwheel.
