Job summary

Hangar 24 Craft Brewery LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking a part-time Beer Server to create a welcoming taproom experience, float between stations, and assist with events and busy shifts.

You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, serve Hangar 24 beer and wine, check IDs, and process payments. Work closely with Beertenders, expo and kitchen to keep service moving smoothly.

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work evenings/weekends during events and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and able to engage a wide range of guests.
• Organized and positive in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communicator who works well in a team.
• Interest in craft beer and learning Hangar 24 offerings.
• Able to obtain California Responsible Beverage Service certification.
• Able to meet legal requirements for serving alcohol.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive service in the taproom.
• Take and process food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Answer questions about Hangar 24 beer and offerings.
• Check IDs and comply with alcohol-service rules.
• Process payments accurately via POS system.
• Support live events and busy service periods.
• Keep guest areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Communicate with bartenders, expo, kitchen and FOH team.
• Jump in anywhere to keep service moving smoothly.
