Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a Part-Time Talent Programs Manager to help execute and evolve our talent development strategy. This role collaborates with the Director of Talent Management to coordinate and enhance leadership development, succession planning, and early-career programs across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Talent Development or related HR fields, strong organization and communication skills, and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Development, L&D, HR, or related discipline.
• Experience managing multiple programs/projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support enterprise talent programs across the organization.
• Administer and improve IDPs and Career Development A3 processes.
• Lead mentoring program onboarding, matching, and progress tracking.
• Support Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and High-Potential initiatives.
• Support internship and early-career development programs.
• Track participation and effectiveness of talent initiatives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to enhance development experiences.
• Create and maintain program materials, guides, training resources, and communications.
• Manage program timelines, milestones, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up activities.
• Support strategic talent projects as needed.
