Job summary

Greater Des Moines Partnership is seeking a Talent Development Intern to assist with signature talent programming and initiatives. The role involves on-site hours and 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility for class schedules.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while supporting the Talent Development and Inclusive Strategies team.

Responsibilities

• Supports The Legacy Project: Career Ready Collective program and operations.
• Supports the Talent team to create opportunities for students in DSM USA through the DSM Intern Connection program.
• Provides on-site event support for Talent team, including setup/teardown, participant communication and event management.
• Assist with execution of strategic priorities, talent attraction campaign, talent retention programs and K-12 engagement.
• Analyzes data and compiles reports to communicate project and event outcomes.
• Researches best practices and workforce readiness initiatives to support the team.
• Assists with execution of Talent Development and Inclusive Strategies priorities as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
