The Program & Special Projects Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of programs, events, and strategic initiatives at The Jacobson Institute. This position plays an integral role in advancing the Institute's mission by overseeing assigned projects, coordinating educational programs and events, and providing operational and administrative support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. This individual will independently coordinate smaller projects and initiatives while working closely with the Executive Director to support larger Institute priorities and community partnerships.
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with frequent interaction among students, faculty, staff, employers, and community partners. The role requires flexibility to support off-site events and occasional travel within the region.
