HealthFitness is seeking an energetic Assistant Swim Team Coach to support the swim program at our client site in West Hartford, CT. This part-time role offers approximately 10 hours per week and provides an opportunity to contribute to swimmers' growth within a supportive team.

You will lead and motivate swimmers, assist with practices, meets, and administrative tasks, and help maintain a safe, positive environment. Weekend meets are expected.

Qualifications

• Possesses USA swimming coaching credentials (or can obtain upon hire).
• Demonstrates proficient swim skills and communicates effectively with swimmers and parents.
• Available to work weekends for swim meets.

Responsabilités

• Assist head coach with age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique and endurance.
• Lead structured practices in weekday evenings; attend meets as required.
• Record workouts and attendance; assist with meet registrations and data.
