Job summary

Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is looking for a dedicated swim instructor to teach kids from 6 months to 12 years, fostering a safe and fun learning environment. You will train with an experienced mentor, lead weekly lessons, and build strong relationships with students and parents.

Your role emphasizes safety, active participation, and teamwork, with set evening and weekend shifts and opportunities to grow into mentoring or leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with strong communication.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Training with an experienced mentor to learn our swim instruction methods
• Teaching weekly lessons and cheering on milestones
• Creating positive relationships with students and parents
• Keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool
• Getting your steps in! This is an active role in and out of the pool
• Teaching classes for kids from 6 months to 12 years
