Job summary

Foss Swim School in Rock Hill, MO is seeking part-time Swim Teachers to help students build confidence and lifelong water safety skills. Paid training and ongoing support provided. Must be 18+ with a start rate of $19.00/hour; weekend shifts add +$3/hour, and quarterly bonuses are possible.

Schedule includes weekday evenings around 3:45 PM and weekend hours, with typical 3 shifts per week. Base pay starts at $19/hour, with increases through training and weekend shifts.

• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for 1–4 students using the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment where students build confidence and lifelong water safety skills.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and teammates through clear communication and collaboration.
• Adapt lessons to individual student needs while maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Bring a positive, reliable, and professional attitude to every lesson.
