Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Must attain YMCA Lifeguard certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction for different ages and ability levels.
• Enforce Aquatics safety rules consistently and fairly.
