Hudson YMCA is seeking a Swim Instructor (age 16+) to teach swimming lessons and water safety at the Hudson YMCA. This flexible part-time role includes paid training and a free YMCA membership, helping participants build confidence and lifelong swimming skills.

On-site attendance is required. Evening and weekend shifts are available, with additional hours based on program needs. Pay starts at $16.50 per hour, with base pay varying by experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16.
• YMCA Swim Instructor Skills Verification required.
• BLS/CPR + AED and First Aid certifications within 120 days.
• Ability to teach students of all ages and abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide swimming instruction to students of varying ages and ability levels.
• Maintain constant supervision and ensure safety in the pool.
• Explain pool rules and Swim Lessons levels to participants.
• Assess students and place them in the appropriate skill level.
