Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym in Fort Worth is seeking a friendly swim instructor to teach life-saving water safety skills and foster a fun, encouraging environment for kids. You’ll lead lessons, mentor students, and build trust with families while maintaining safety.

We provide paid training, flexible evenings and weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth into mentoring or leadership roles within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with strong communication.
• Able to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Training with an experienced mentor to learn swim instruction methods
• Teaching weekly lessons and cheering on student milestones
• Creating positive relationships with students and parents
• Keeping safety as a top priority in and around the pool
• Active, on-your-feet role in the pool
• Teaching classes for ages 6 months to 12 years
