Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is hiring a swim instructor to deliver engaging lessons that emphasize life-saving water safety while ensuring kids have fun. You will learn our proven instruction methods under experienced mentorship and help students progress through milestones in a safe, supportive environment.

Set evening and weekend shifts support students and part-timers, with ample opportunities to grow into leadership roles as you gain experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with strong communication.
• Able to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience a plus; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Train with a mentor to learn our swim instruction methods.
• Teach weekly lessons and celebrate student milestones.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with students and parents.
• Prioritize safety for everyone around the pool.
• Stay active on your feet and in the water; role is hands-on.
