Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Six months or more related experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate basic swimming skills.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for working in and around water.

Responsibilities

• Prepare class lesson plans with progression for ages and abilities.
• Safely instruct swimming lessons per class level and YMCA guidelines.
• Complete accident and incident reports.
• Maintain attendance, skill progression, and session records.
• Communicate with parents using session report cards.
