What to Expect:

1. Become proficient in your role through hands-on training with a mentor using our proven learn-to-swim methods.
2. Build trusting relationships with students by conducting weekly lessons and celebrating their progress.
3. Work a set schedule with shifts including evenings and weekends.
4. Follow all safety standards to ensure the wellbeing of children, families, and staff.
5. Engage in physical activity, including standing, moving around the deck and in the pool, and lifting students and equipment.

Engaging Classes for Various Ages:

• Littles (2-35 months)
• Tots (age 3)
• Kids (age 4+)
• Advanced (age 6+)
• Competitive Swim Team

Starting Teaching Rate: $16.66-$17 per hour

Full Pay Range: $16.66-$20 per hour
