What to Expect:

1. Proficiency in your role through hands-on training with a mentor using our proven learn-to-swim methods.
2. Building trusting relationships with students through weekly lessons and celebrating their progress.
3. Working a set schedule with shifts including evenings and weekends.
4. Following all safety standards to ensure wellbeing of children, families, and staff.
5. Engaging in physical activity, including standing, moving around on deck and in the pool, and lifting students and equipment.

Class Age Groups:

• Littles (2-35 months)
• Tots (age 3)
• Kids (age 4+)
• Advanced (age 6+)

Starting Rate: $12-14 per hour
