AQUAFIN Swim School in Florida seeks a Deck Manager/Team Manager to lead the deck and pool operations, supervise hourly staff, and train instructors. You will guide classes, ensure safety, and support families with warm, professional service.

No aquatic experience required; we provide training to certify you as a swim pro and safety expert. This role offers evening and weekend shifts and room to grow with a team that values leadership and a caring approach.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a passion for working with children.
• Positive energy, strong communication, and natural leadership style.
• Available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
• Physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool.
• Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor.
• Celebrate student wins and observe progress in the pool with students of all ages.
• Support families and ensure each customer feels confident and cared for.
• Stay organized with scheduling, evaluations, and enrollment goals.
• Upload safety standards and model our safety-first mindset.
