GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach water adjustment, float, and breathing skills
• Help young swimmers build water confidence
• Teach basic water safety and the dos/don’ts of recreational swimming.
• Teach both recreation and pre-competitive swimming skills.
• Teach basics of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly
• Train swimmers to compete at age appropriate levels.
• Present professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
