Qualifications

• Coaching experience with youth swimmers.
• Strong communication and teaching ability.
• Experience working with young people is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement workouts under the Head Coach.
• Lead practices and/or dry land trainings under the Head Coach.
• Evaluate swimmer ability and plan improvement strategies.
• Coordinate and execute meet registrations.
• Foster team attitude and sportsmanship among athletes and parents.
