Qualificações

• Two years of experience in operations, data collection, communications, and/or telephone interviewing.
• Substitution: related education or experience equal to two years.
• Experience with HIPAA/privacy considerations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Test newly programmed surveys for functionality, readability and flow.
• Conduct survey phone calls and enter data using CATI and survey tools.
• Communicate professionally with participants, following HIPAA and COMIRB guidelines.
• Follow confidentiality agreements and campus protocols.
• Assist in processing data for multi‑mode surveys (phone, web, paper).
• Update participant contacts and scheduling in secure databases.
• Participate in interviewer training and assist with training new staff.
