University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking part-time Survey Interviewers to support the SRU in telephone data collection across statewide projects. Positions may be on-site in Aurora or a mix of on-site and remote shifts, with remote work possible after training.

Shifts occur during active data collection periods (October–December and February–May), with up to 40 hours/week during fielding and a 50% cap annually. Training is required, and confidentiality is strictly observed.

Qualificações

• Two years experience in operations, data collection, communications, or telephone interviewing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and confidentiality requirements is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Test newly programmed surveys for functionality and readability.
• Conduct telephone interviews and accurately enter data in CATI/Qualtrics/REDCap.
• Communicate professionally with participants and follow HIPAA/COMIRB guidelines.
• Follow confidentiality and protocol requirements across outreach and data handling.
• Assist in processing materials for multi-mode surveys and verify contact data.
• Log updates in secure databases and manage participant contact information.
• Support training of new interviewers and maintain documentation with real-world insights.
• Complete required patient and data safety training as needed.
