OhioHealth is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Surgical Intensive Care Unit 1 in Mansfield, OH. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care on a 24-hour continuum within a 24/7/365 environment, with a day shift and weekend considerations.

The RN ensures assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care, delegating tasks as appropriate, and participating in safety and process improvements.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, and develop a care plan for patients.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership in quality and safety initiatives.
• Operate within department policies and nursing care standards.
