Job summary

The SEED School of Miami is seeking Temporary Support Staff to provide short-term coverage and project-based support. This non-exempt, part-time role offers up to 25 hours per week across IT, Admissions, and Operations, with adaptability and professionalism essential for quick integration into assigned duties.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred depending on assignment) and strong organizational, communication, and learning abilities to handle shifting

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred depending on assignment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with staff.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term coverage to meet organizational needs.

• Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure continuity and efficiency.
