John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group in Fargo, ND is seeking a Part-Time Student to join Supply Management. You will support supplier onboarding, reporting, data analytics, and strategic sourcing initiatives while gaining hands-on procurement experience.

This role is onsite, requires 16-20 hours weekly during the academic year and 30-40 hours in summer, and graduation is Spring 2027 or later. You must be a full-time student at a US accredited college and have a 2.8 GPA or higher.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be registered as a full‑time student at a US local accredited college or university
• Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours a week
• Available to work during the summer semester 30 to 40 hours a week
• Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
• Must be able to commute to the work location in Fargo, ND

Responsibilities

• The Supply Management Specialist Part-Time Student supports Supply Management professionals in supplier management, supplier onboarding, reporting, data analytics, strategic sourcing initiatives, and supply chain operations.
• This role provides hands‑on experience working with suppliers, enterprise systems, supplier information, compliance documentation, and cross-functional business teams.
• Students will help maintain supplier data, support supplier governance and onboarding activities, develop reporting solutions, analyze business metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while gaining practical experience in procurement, supply chain management, supplier relationship management, and business analytics
