Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Coraopolis, PA is seeking a Part-time Supply Chain Associate to manage inventory and support procurement, quoting, and customer service for our branch at 4744 University Blvd, Coraopolis, PA 15108. This role offers up to 28 hours per week with potential schedule flexibility after onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have strong math, communication, and computer skills, plus a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and a valid driver's license.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales or related field OR customer service/industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch inventory levels.
• Administer procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management.
• Estimate/quote prices and source products.
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer supply chain needs.
• Support accounts receivable activities.
• Make deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
