Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license with ability to meet driving record requirements
• Pursuing or have degree in Business/Supply Chain/Operations/Management or related field OR have customer service/industry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills; highly motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
• Demonstrate problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

• Ability to lift 25–50lbs and up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen in the US territory

OVERVIEW

Embark on a dynamic journey as a Part-time Supply Chain Associate, where every day offers a new opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of supply chain excellence. In addition to managing inventory, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting business-to-business operations by administering procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions that seamlessly meet the needs of our customers and drive the success of their business. This position is for our branch located at 20804 Rte 19, Cranberry Township, PA 16066. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing branch inventory levels
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales or related field of study OR have customer service or industry related work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skillsHighly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
