Job summary

Seton Hall University seeks qualified Supplemental Instructors for the Math Learning Lab to support Math 1015 and Math 1205. Part-time, on-site in South Orange, you will run weekly SI sessions and assist students in understanding and applying course material.

Collaborate with faculty, reinforce concepts, and help students develop study skills and test-prep strategies in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Ideal candidates have completed the courses with A or B+, strong communication, and

Qualifications

Successful completion of the targeted course with a strong understanding of the content (A or B+).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
Previous tutoring experience is a plus.
Enthusiasm for supporting student success and fostering a positive learning environment.
Taken: Math 1015 or Math 1205

Responsibilities

Conduct weekly SI sessions.
