Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid Federal Work Study (FWS) for current academic year.
• Must have completed Calculus 1 (Calc 1) or higher.
• Must maintain GPA of 3.4 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Tutor one-on-one or small groups for Math courses.
• Explain mathematical concepts, formulas, and problem-solving steps.
• Help students improve study habits and exam prep in math.
• Coordinate and lead at least one Scholarly Development workshop per semester.
• Coordinate one Financial Literacy event for RISE students per semester.
• Maintain records of tutoring sessions and attendance.
