Job summary

The University of North Georgia is seeking a part-time Supplemental Instruction Mentor to support students through the SI program at the Gainesville campus. The mentor works with the Director and Coordinator to maintain SI activities and may cover evening or weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associate's preferred) and at least one year of SI experience, plus strong communication and teamwork skills; proficiency with MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• One year experience in Supplemental Instruction required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations and provide feedback for SI facilitators and mentors.
• Serve as a liaison between SI administration and committee leads for communications.
• Assist Director in mentoring and coaching SI leadership team.
• Create meeting agendas for weekly mentor meetings.
• Assist Director in developing observation and debrief processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
