Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will keep the store organized, ensure products are displayed to impress guests, and collaborate with your team to deliver an inviting shopping environment on the sales floor.

You’ll bring a hospitality mindset, be flexible with availability including evenings and weekends, and operate a point‑of‑sale system.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point‑of‑sale system.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
