ZEGNA is seeking a Style Advisor in our Livermore store to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and build lasting client relationships. You will support sales goals, assist with alterations and returns, and share insights with the team to improve customer satisfaction.

Proficiency with CRM and digital tools, plus a strong sense of fashion and craftsmanship, are essential to communicate the benefits of ZEGNA fabrics and services.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in luxury retail or client-focused sales.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and clienteling practices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and authentic relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a willingness to learn.
