Job summary

SoulCycle is seeking part-time Studio Crew to connect with riders, deliver extraordinary hospitality, and sustain top-notch studio operations. The role requires at least 3 days per week (20 hours total) with one weekend day, and availability for peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities include supporting instructors, driving retail and class sales, maintaining the studio environment, and fostering a welcoming, party-like atmosphere that makes every rider feel at home.

Responsibilities

• Curate impeccable rider experiences with high-level hospitality
• Build community with riders to anticipate wants and needs
• Treat the studio as a party where every rider feels welcome
• Provide support to instructors for class check-in
• Assist in first aid situations
• Drive paid rides, retail, and hospitality
• Upsell class packs, memberships, retail and related products
• Maintain studio goals through selling
• Maintain product knowledge for retail operations
• Assist studio management with daily tasks and training of new hires
• Develop relationships for efficiency and camaraderie
• Maintain studio aesthetics and cleanliness
