Job summary

SoulCycle Studio Crew members are part-time, dedicated to delivering the signature SoulCycle experience with exceptional hospitality and guest care. This role requires at least 3 days of availability each week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one weekend day, and availability for peak holiday shifts.

Studio Crew members help keep the studio welcoming, support instructors, and contribute to a vibrant community while upholding SoulCycle’s standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly.
• Passion for SoulCycle brand and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Curate impeccable rider experiences through high-level customer service and hospitality.
• Build community with riders and anticipate their needs.
• Assist instructors with class check-in and be prepared to assist in first aid situations.
• Support studio management with daily tasks and renewals where applicable.
