Color Me Mine Bridgehampton is seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable team members for a part-time year-round studio position in Bridgehampton. No art or pottery experience is required, as we provide training and ongoing development opportunities.

You’ll greet guests, explain our painting process, assist with reservations and seating, and help run birthday parties and events while ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families and visitors from the Hamptons.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them get started.
• Explain pottery-painting process and basic painting techniques.
• Help manage reservations, walk-ins and seating.
• Assist with birthday parties, events and group gatherings.
• Tell guests about studio events, programs and special offerings.
• Help create a friendly, fun and welcoming environment.
• Learn glaze and processing of painted ceramics.
• Assist with kiln loading and unloading after training.
• Prepare finished pottery for customer pickup.
• Organize and package completed customer orders.
• Restock pottery and studio supplies.
• Help receive and organize shipments.
• Keep the studio and work areas clean and organized.
• Work together with the team wherever help is needed.
