Color Me Mine Upper West Side is a vibrant pottery painting studio seeking friendly, reliable On-Call Studio Associates to join our team. This hands-on role supports front-of-house guest experiences and back-of-house studio operations, with flexible shifts.

Open Saturdays and Sundays are required to accommodate studio needs. Typical earnings range $19.50–$23.00 per hour, including tip share and base pay, plus paid training and 401(k) eligibility after six months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with pottery painting techniques and studio processes.
• Support reservations, walk-in seating, and guest flow.
• Host parties and events and promote studio offerings.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Learn glazing and kiln room operations and assist with processing.
