Job summary

Color Me Mine Bridgehampton is seeking vibrant, hardworking individuals to join our studio team. As the face of the studio, you will welcome guests, maintain the space, and process ceramics in a hands-on role that supports both front-of-house guest experiences and back-of-house operations.

No artistic experience is required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We focus on ceramic processing, glazing, and kiln room operations as part of growth within the studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Comfortable balancing customer-facing responsibilities with operational tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with pottery painting techniques and studio processes.
• Support reservations, walk-in seating, and guest flow.
• Host birthday parties, events, and group gatherings.
• Promote studio offerings, classes, memberships, and special events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Learn and assist with glazing customer pottery and kiln procedures.
• Prepare ceramics for customer pickup and packaging.
• Organize completed orders and maintain processing workflows.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and shipment processing.
