Job summary

IA Interior Architects is seeking a Part-Time Studio Administrator for the Austin Studio. You will work in person 15–20 hours per week, supporting studio leadership and designers with event, facilities, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organized, flexible, and capable of handling multiple duties, from vendor coordination to day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years in a professional office environment.
• Administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager with daily operational needs unique to the Austin studio.
• Support internal office events and external client/vendor events as needed.
• Coordinate event logistics before and during events, including venue, furniture, food, and vendor bookings.
• Handle day-to-day office tasks and project-related administrative duties as directed.
