Our Lady Star of the Sea School in Solomons, Maryland is hiring a part time Resource Aide to support students and teachers. The role entails 20–29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on-site at our Solomons campus, with an hourly pay of $17.90.

The Resource Aide will provide individual and small-group instructional support, assist with classwork and organization, and help maintain a positive learning environment in collaboration with teachers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group support to students under supervision of teachers.
• Assist students with classwork, organization, and reinforcement of skills taught in class.
• Support classroom teachers in maintaining a positive, organized, and productive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student development and academics.
• Assist with implementation of teacher-directed accommodations and interventions.
• Supervise students during classrooms, transitions, lunch, and other activities.
