Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at business or trade school or equivalent.
• Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential for the role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves students as a primary representative of Grayson College; shares information about the college and enrollment process in person, by phone or via electronic messaging.
• Assists students with pathway selection and required admissions documents; gathers and processes admissions documents.
• Maintains accurate records of prospective student contacts.
• Evaluates transcripts and transfers coursework, AP credits and test scores.
• Assists with new student orientation and advising as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
