Job summary

Grayson College seeks a part-time Recruiter I to engage prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process. You will share information about pathways, gather documents, and ensure accurate records in the SIS/CRM. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication.

You will evaluate transcripts, support orientation, and represent the college at events, with compensation set by Grade 7: $17.40–$26.09 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or student enrollment processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to communicate with prospective students and families.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves students as a primary representative of Grayson College; shares information about the college and enrollment process in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Assists students with pathway selection and admissions documents.
• Maintains accurate records of prospective student contacts.
• Evaluates transcripts and transfer coursework.
• Assists with orientation and advising as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
