Job summary

Mosaic North America in Tallahassee is seeking student Brand Representatives to promote Starlink in local neighborhoods near campus. This hands-on, part-time role covers door-to-door outreach, territory planning, and customer engagement, with paid training and coaching.

You will be paid hourly plus commission per qualified activation, with a schedule designed to fit around classes. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and strong communication are valued as you gain field sales experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in school and can work 15–25 hours per week around classes.
• Have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Smartphone; territories are rural.
• No prior sales experience required; experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, athletics, student organizations, or campus leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory. Plan routes around campus and track outreach to build momentum.
• Start real conversations through door-to-door outreach and help interested customers get started.
• Look for opportunities beyond the front door, including events and local partnerships.
• Grow your network by turning conversations into referrals among neighbors, family and friends.
• Log activity, sales, hours, and mileage and participate in regular reviews with leadership.
