Job summary

The LEGO Group Store in Roosevelt, NY is seeking a Part-Time Team Leader to coach Sales Associates, uphold LEGO Brand standards, and deliver memorable in-store experiences. You will train staff, supervise shifts, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of Employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, following LEGO policies.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed and stock is merchandised.
