Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with day-to-day activities, merchandise organization, and loss prevention while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience in grocery or retail is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties as described.
